当ショップのご注文の受付は、全てオーダー制の予約販売となり、作者による直筆サインとシリアルナンバーが刻印された美術展仕様のオリジナルプリントです。オーダーを受けてから一点ずつ工場にて木製パネルへの焼き付け作業を行うため、商品がお手元に届くまでに約1ヶ月程お時間を頂きます。

Sales of artworks created by KOTONOHA artist Eihi Shiina.

All products sold at this store are made-to-order original prints with the artist's handwritten autograph and serial number. It takes about one month to deliver products after your order as they are printed onto wooden panels at the factory after receiving the order.

代金の支払方法・時期

支払方法：クレジットカード、キャリア決済、銀行振込、コンビニ決済・Pay-easyによる決済がご利用いただけます。

クレジットカード決済：手数料なし
コンビニ（Pay-easy）決済：コンビニ支払手数料360円（税込） 銀行振込決済：振込手数料（各金融機関により異なる） キャリア決済：キャリア支払手数料300円（税込）

支払時期：商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。

Convenience store (Pay-easy) payment: convenience store payment fee 360 yen (tax included)

商品のお届け時期

当ショップの商品は、予約販売による完全オーダー制のため、ご注文頂いた商品の代金のお支払い確認後の生産となります。生産開始からオリジナルプリントの完成までに約2週間程お時間を頂いた後、準備が整い次第、速やかに発送致します。

商品お届けまでの目安

国内発送の場合(お支払確認後約1ヶ月程度)
(お支払確認後→生産期間2〜3週間→商品発送から到着まで1週間程度)

海外発送の場合(お支払確認後約1ヶ月程度)
(お支払確認後→生産期間2〜3週間→商品発送から到着まで2週間程度)

尚、工場での生産過程には変動があるため、当初の予定よりも早くお届け出来る場合や、更にお時間を頂く場合があります。

All products in our store are made-to-order and production will begin after payment has been confirmed. It takes about 2 weeks for production. The product will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

Please note that due to the nature of the production process at the factory, the product may be delivered earlier or it may take longer time to deliver.
